|Recommended: YesAverage — It really should not take over 2 days to replace a light bulb.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Good management
|Recommended: YesSeems to be the place to live. — Lots of young people around us. Not a bad thing, just an is. I love the location. Wish the trash on our level didn t stink so much, but I understand with so many people dropping trash. It might help if the little room could be power washed occasionally. Also, there are many burned out lights in the parking garage which makes it feel unsafe for the many women in the building. The reason for the two ratings below that aren t excellent: Parking - depends on how late you return in the evening. If it is too late, you can t park on your level. Noise - I have actually had to make a noise complaint for the person above us who almost stomps when they walk. Barking dogs also seems to be a problem but they are outside barking at people walking by on Ruthie Rd, not in the apartment themselves.
|Recommended: YesI love my apartment and the amenities it provides — It has been good the first year and therefore renewed my lease.
|Recommended: YesI LIKE WHAT I'VE SEEN SO FAR, VERY HAPPY !!! — Not sure yet, but it's the place to be (based on the area), and the Leasing Manager at Parkside (Susan Coffey), is very professional, detail oriented, and very good at listening to what I needed and delivering.
|Recommended: YesGreat location — Great location, upgraded apartments, pools and common grounds always kept clean.
|Recommended: YesI love living here... I plan to stay as long as possible. I have ZERO complaints. — I'd highly recommend staying at Parkside.
|Recommended: YesGreat area to live. — great location nice place to live.
|Recommended: YesNice property — It is a nice property. Lindsey was very nice, and professional. A great assest to your team.
|Recommended: YesConvenient residential and social community — Northside/Parkside is convenient and thriving community. Special events are over the top great. The apartments are luxurious and quiet. The staff is attentive and friendly.
|Recommended: YesGood value and good location — It's quiet for someone my age (22) - but its close to work, fairly cheap and right next to the shops at legacy. We have had a few annoyances with neighbors and not having timely follow-ups from the front desk - but overall, we enjoy it. We have also had some major issues with our elevator and either pee or vomit or it not working - and that can be REALLY annoying. Again, those annoyances don't outweigh the fact that the apartment is nice, a great roommate plan and fairly large, and its cheap and close to the shops at legacy. We also hear no noise from neighbors, since we live on the top floor, so that is great.
|Recommended: YesGreat location, people and property. — I've been at the property for about two weeks. Any requests from the staff have been answered/responded to within the day. If you're a dog owner this is dog heaven! Dog park, almost everyone owns a dog helping to reduce my stress of moving into an apartment with a barking dog. The location of the property gives options to walk for dinner, movie, coffee, ice cream...just about anything you could ask for. The neighborhood is quite at night and I haven't had any insecure feelings being a single lady. So far all around this is the best place to live.
|Recommended: YesOverall good. You keep on top of the grounds which is very important for overall community look. — I can say that I used to live on the south side UDR and it does not compare to the north side run by lincoln properties.
|Recommended: YesI thought the sales staff was amazing. Diffinitely a differnet experience than I have had before at another place. — It is a great place and location to everything.
|Recommended: YesMike is the greatest — Northside is much better than my experience at Parkside. The only thing I wish is that you could see your balance online so you don't have to guess what to pay and get notices if you're off.
