|Recommended: YesMove In Experience — I am excited about moving in. the move in experience was great. Danielle went out of her way to make sure that the move-in experience was top notch. She bent over backward to ensure excellent service. The quality of apartment living is the highest in area. it feels like uptown. Thanks a ton.
|Recommended: YesI love the Cares Team and their events, which foster great community, and all the staff members are great! We have particularly always enjoyed talking with Michael and Ashley! So, please feel free to recognize them or take care of them! — I love that it's relatively "easy" living at Parkside. Staff and residents seem to take pride in keeping the property well-maintained and clean. Everyone seems friendly and respectful for one another. It's cool that the experience is pretty much what you make of it. If you prefer a quiet, peaceful, and independent way of life, you can likely have that. However, if you desire community, activity, and a more social existence, that's available too. The Cares Teams are particularly great at creating events and building a sense of community and belonging. I love living in a place that offers Cares Teams and all their associated benefits! Maybe you can't make every event, but it's always great to have the option. Having the ability to contact a call center when the office is closed is fantastic. Maintenance requests usually get handled in a very timely fashion. Price is a little high, but decent enough for the quality. Most floor plans are kind of basic and boring, like living in a box. Cabinet space, as well as space in general, can feel limited. Sometimes parking and driving through the parking lot gets extremely tight and too crowded. Overall, I would say the potential complaints are negligible compared to what the property gets right. I've felt grateful to live here, and assuming the important strengths of this experience remained relatively the same, I would gladly recommend it to a friend.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live for young professionals — Pluses: Great location, friendly and helpful stuff, nice open apartments, night life, close to highway Minuses: can hear above neighbors (but it's common for apartments), can smell dogs pee when walking down the stairs, can get noisy during the weekends
|Recommended: YesStaff was very accomodating to get all the paper work completed and get me moved in. — No dog breed restrictions and a beautuful complex. Located near every service imaginable and close to major highways.
|Recommended: YesLove Parkside — I just wish I could tell what my bill is each month. When I click on the email link it always says my balance is zero.
|Recommended: YesGreat — Great
|Recommended: YesAWESOME! — I would highly reccomend moving to the shops. ALL the staff has been very friendly and helpful. Ashley helped me being the process and she's always been there to answer any questions or concerns. The environment is very dog friendly as well which is important to me. It is well regulated! I see feces here and there but that area has exceeded my expectations when compared with other apartments. Thanks for everything!

|Recommended: YesGood staff, friendly atmosphere — its calm and quiet with plenty of things to do within walking distance
|Recommended: YesGood experience and what I expected. — Great location, friendly people and overall one of the better apartment buildings in Plano/Frisco. You should consider location of the elevator and garage to their unit. If I had to do it all over again, I would've probably opted for a lower courtyard unit near the garage or with back patio.
